WILLS & ESTATES
I have been left out of a Will - Where does this leave me?
If you have been left out of a Will, you may have the right to seek provision from an Estate. In fact, if you believe that the provision that has been made for you under a Will is inadequate, you may have the right to seek greater provision. It may be that you feel that a Will has been made at a time when the person making the Will may not have had legal capacity to do so, or may have even been coerced or pressured into leaving assets to only certain people.
As an Accredited Specialist in Succession Law, Chris Sheath can advise you of your rights and the possible outcomes if you decide to contest a Will. We will be forthright in our advice so you know from the outset where you stand. If we do not believe that making a claim on an Estate will benefit you, we will not waste your time or money in doing so.
If you have been left out of a Will or you feel that inadequate provision has been made for you under a Will, please contact our office on 07 4638 5541 to discuss your options with one of experienced solicitors.
