With a career spanning more than 20 years, Chris is recognised by the Queensland Law Society as an Accredited Specialist in Succession Law (Wills & Estates) and as a Nationally Accredited Mediator. He is also a member of the global professional body STEP (Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners) and a member of the QLS Succession Law Accreditation Committee.
Chris is a regular presenter for various professional seminars including the Queensland Law Society, for his highly revered thought-leadership across the legal industry. Chris is a regular presenter to a number of professional organisations including accountants and financial planners across the community.
Chris’ focus is to provide clear, concise and cost-effective legal advice for his clients in a variety of specialist areas including property law, business law and succession law (wills & estate planning).

In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and loves the great outdoors. He is a sports enthusiast; coaching or just being involved in his sons various sports.
Rachel was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2016, and a solicitor of the High Court of Australia in 2020.
Rachel has practiced exclusively in succession law and estate planning since her admission in 2016.
Rachel holds an undergraduate degree in Law, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and a Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Wills & Estates.
Rachel’s approachable personality and her supportive demeanour are attributed to the trusted relationships she builds with her clients.
Drew studied Law part-time at the University of Southern Queensland and completed his practical legal training through the College of Law in Brisbane, focussing on Commercial, Property, and Succession (Wills and Estates) Law. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 2020.
Drew has a passion for working for businesses that care about their clients, and says that “coming on board at Chris Sheath & Associates was the right fit for the type of Solicitor I want to be”.
In his spare time, Drew enjoys camping, spending time with his family and close mates, and has a love/hate relationship with landscape gardening.
With over 20 years experience in residential conveyancing, Belinda makes her client’s dreams of buying or selling their home a reality.
Belinda’s focus is on ensuring the conveyancing process is seamless. She is committed to keeping her clients informed, regularly communicating progress throughout the conveyancing process.
Her approachable manner means that she is available to put your mind at ease, should you have any questions along the way.
Debbie is a paralegal to the Chris Sheath & Associates team, providing support on matters related to Conveyancing, Wills & Estates, as well as to the Mediation team. With over 41 years legal experience, Debbie has been a part of the firm since 2014 and is a Qualified Justice of the Peace.
Debbie enjoys working at Chris Sheath & Associates for the culture and the team environment. There is a lot of support, as well as laughter, which lessens the stress of working on difficult matters. Debbie is efficient, very organised and treats each matter with sensitivity and respect. She has a focus on communication and keeping her clients well informed through every step of the process.
Out of the office, Debbie enjoys spending time in her garden and travelling the outdoors in her caravan.
With a budding career beginning as a casual back in high school, Jacob now works as our accounts manager and also as a law clerk whilst studying.
He is currently completing a double degree, Bachelor of Business and Commerce and Bachelor of Laws at the University of Southern Queensland.
Jacob’s tenacity and strong work ethic ensures clients and their accounts are managed professionally to uphold the strong reputation of the firm. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys time away with friends and family. He’s also a keen Brisbane Lions supporter.
After 33 years working professionally, Naomi is recognised as the friendly face of Chris Sheath & Associates.
After graduating from High School, Naomi began her career in Brisbane where she worked for various law firms as a legal receptionist and law clerk. Over the decades to follow, Naomi expanded her career across Australia and abroad, obtaining diverse experience across multiple industries before returning to the legal profession at Chris Sheath & Associates.
Naomi returned to law for the opportunity to build rapport with clients and colleagues, while effectively managing sensitive matters professionally. She credits the ability to help clients achieve positive outcomes as a personal and professional motivator.
An avid art collector, Naomi’s passion and appreciation of art extends from her travels throughout the world. Her ideal evening includes a glass of Merlot, great music and the company of her two cats.
With an impressive career over 32 years, Judy is our highly skilled legal secretary and Qualified Justice of the Peace. Judy has obtained diverse professional experience working across government, financial services, building design and legal services.
