Changes To The Enduring Power Of Attorney Regime

November 26, 2020

Whilst a properly made Enduring Power of Attorney entered into before 30 November 2020 will remain valid, an Enduring Power of Attorney made from 30 November 2020 will need to be in the new form, otherwise it will be invalid.

From 30 November 2020 there are also new guidelines for those witnessing the signing of a new Enduring Power of Attorney.
